Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the highs the lows and everything between. My parents accompanied me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Since I was confident that I would achieve a better future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other strategies. 2013 was the year I realized I disliked my corporate position. Even though the compensation and the status was great, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. In reality, I thought I was simply spending my time. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. Few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and goals. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and my mind. It is true that life has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to see the lesson at the moment. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance at living a full and fulfilling life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to begin her new life, and I got the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now rather than just existing like I was before. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. You have only one life. I hope you be the best version of yourself.
